Peruvian national champion athlete in long-distance and middle-distance events in the 80s. 

He represented Peru in the Los Angeles Olympics in 1984 and in the Pan American Games in Indianapolis in 1987 (8th in 10,000).

In 1988 he was the best place in Continental America in the Boston Marathon (23rd in 2:17:43)

After 40 years, he still holds the national record of Peru in the 1500 sub 18 (3:53), as well as the 5000 record of the University of Texas in San Antonio (13:55).

Dedicated for decades to promoting sports and adventure. Today he continues to do logistics for athletic events, in addition to having ventured into the promotion of tourist adventure in Peru.
